Weekly Mindfulness Support Blog - Malheur and Me: Seeking Refuge

Hello and welcome to Friday, September 10, 2021. Today is a rare and precious day that will never come again.

In a quite unexpected response to some of my most recent photographs that I post on social media (which include nuggets of Mindfulness wisdom), I was asked by the Friends of Malheur executive director to write a short article about my most recent experience at the Malheur National Wildlife Refuge in eastern Oregon.

It is with a deep sense of gratitude and joy that I get to share this week’s Mindfulness Support from the pages of the Friends of Malheur Monthly Musings Newsletter.

Please consider donating to the Friends of Malheur. Their work not only helps to ensure the lives of wildlife in migration, but also our own.

In other exciting news, after four years of providing Mindfulness courses and support both locally and beyond, I have my first professional office in downtown Corvallis. I never saw this one coming!

If you’re ready, I’m here to help.

You are Loved by me, Unconditionally!

Dan
